OceanMaster POLYGUARD POLYURETHANE UNDERCOAT

A two-pack fast cure, easy sanding and high performance undercoat. Formulated for use as an undercoat under the Polygloss polyurethane topcoat or other premium quality finishes.
For Use On : Final surfacing undercoat for marine topsides prior to applying a polyurethane topcoat. High build sanding surface to remove orange peel, brush marks and scratches. Applied on suitably prepared and primed aluminium and steel. Directly on sanded GRP, epoxy laminated substrates and fiberglass weave filling.

Application Method : Product designed for application by spray, roller or brush.
Wet Film Thickness : 145 microns
Dry Film Thickness : 50 microns
Coverage : 6 sq.m/L
Mixing Ratio : 4 to 1 by volume
Thinner : T300
Touch Dry : 1 hrs @ 30° C
Number Of Coats Required : 1-2
Recoat : 4 hrs minimum, 24 hrs maximum
Aged Recoat : Sand surface
Finish : Matt White
